Shipping conditions / shipping costs *

We deliver worldwide!

1. Deliveries within Germany:
Up to a purchase price of 199.99 euros (gross), we deliver throughout Germany for 5.90 euros!

2. Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad, sorted according to world zones ***, flat-rate:

• World zone 1: € 19.99, free shipping from € 349.99
• World zone 2: € 34.99, free shipping from € 499.99
• World zone 3: € 39.99, free shipping from € 999.99
• World zone 4: € 49.99, free shipping from € 2999.99

Delivery periods

In case of products individually designed as per the customer’s requirements, the correction template is created within 7-10 days after the order confirmation, the execution of the designing work as well as the delivery of the products within 130 days after the release of the correction template (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation), unless otherwise specified in the item description.

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 21 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. GLS-shipments are also not made on Saturdays.

Terms of payment

In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

• Prepayment via transfer
• Post-Payment via bill (within 14 days from date of bill)
• Payment via PayPal Plus
